The undeniable truth has manifested itself in my mind as an indelible, indestructable onyx cube amidst a ruined world. Entropy vs. negative entropy. Chaos vs. order. The pinnacle of western science. Our universe will be pulled apart like so much taffy in the hands of school children lest negative entropy, or the systematic organizer of the universe is able to propagate at a faster rate. Our reality has always been competition, since matter won against anti-matter. The entire universe is alive and in shambles slowly evolving and piecing itself back together. Humans are nothing but an interim process towards the construction of complete order...God. We won't carry the torch through the finish line or see the end of this competition in any way we can imagine in mortal terms. We're merely passing the baton on to greater beings of our invention that will do away with us. The universe is coming up with higher language forms with which to evolve and save its progress...chemical compounds, DNA, our own languages and eventually the way we program the robots that will succeed us, and the entities that succeed them. We complain about gas prices now when thousands of years from now we'll be harnessing the energy of suns. Would our actions now even be comprehensible to men who lived ages before us? Did they even dream that we'd be able to exploit the natural resources of the world and manipulate electromagnetic waves to create crap like TV and radio. If we make it off Earth, it will be considered a strong planet, ones that are destroyed before life propagates from it is weeded out. Imagine how many other planets are competing in planetary evolution let alone the bigger picture of galactic evolution. We are just a precursor to the universal custodians of the universe who will pull it back together before the silent oblivion of everything. The way I see it you can either contribute to progress and help restore order, you can do nothing, or you can wipe out all life on Earth in which case it would be unable to restore to the point of human life because if it took about 13 billion years to evolve human life from a non existent planet it would take the same amount of time to restore human life and the same amount of time it does not have because the universe is expanding exponentially, it would end before human life developed again. The hope would rest on the shoulders of other planets, and you'd have to assume that any planet that can develop reasoning life forms would also give the lifeforms the ability to reason that they need to wipe out the life on their planet as well. Since we've survived all this evolution our bodies are genetically coded to prevent ourselves from just destroying everything and ourselves without mental illness like extreme depression so it'd be hard to find someone willing to extinguish life and hand the game over to Chaos. From what I see right now, order will win and eventually a crunch point of technological progress will come that creates god.

the age of spiritual machines: when computers exceed human intelligence
robot: mere machine to transcendent mind
the physics of immortality (obsolete)

I dig your style, you deserve more page views!!! your take on the future is intresting! which is all robotic, quite ironic since I got lured ontu your page by a horse person (tries to be PC) of the apocolypse... which was all fire and death and not robotic... I donno its late and I should be sleeping but yu lacked comments and I felt you needed some love...

When that I was and a little tiny boy
With hey, ho, the wind and the rain,
A foolish thing was but a toy,
For the rain it raineth every day

Well I really appreciate you stopping by and leaving me comments and what not, it's a pretty quiet corner here, not that I mind. Yes I imagine the future will be quite robotic indeed if we continue this trend. Thank you for the love.
